This 7 Week Facebook Event will challenge you to assess each of the 7 Dimensions of wellness in your life, take account of what you have and what you need.

Each Sunday there will be a 15 minute Facebook Live teaching to map out the mission for the week. Then you'll set a personalized goal for that category. Throughout the week, you'll receive posts designed to inspire, motive and move you to action.

Throughout the challenge, participate in the supportive Facebook community where you can share your own personal progress, be held accountable to your goals and help others along the way!
